Who We Are

Founded in 2025, Coastal Specialty Door Contractors (Coastal SDC) was born out of a simple observation: in the cold storage industry, there was a clear gap in high-quality, specialized door installation services. What began as conversations with colleagues frustrated by poor workmanship quickly turned into a vision to raise the standard.

 

Guided by faith and equipped with complementary skill sets, Bradley and Alexis Langmaid felt called to step into this need. With every challenge, new opportunities seemed to appear—affirming their decision to take the leap into entrepreneurship and build a company rooted in excellence, integrity, service, and faith.

 

Today, God continues to open doors for Coastal SDC—while we proudly install them.
